A New Beginning for AJ Marie

When you've been as long in the game as I have, you start to wonder what more can you do to expand, to grow, to push yourself and to build. I'm not much of a writer but I am a reader and I want to introduce blogging to my Artistry along with Events. If you know me, you know how much people mean to me. One of the reasons I love Makeup was not only the Art but the way I was able to connect and build relationships with clients, peers and my community. I hope this blog brings me closer to the people who've been a part of my journey and will be a part of my journey.

Ps I failed at grammar through all ages so bare with me.

Emphasis on Community

With my blogs and through Events i want to create space to build more community, more trust and more experience for myself and others. Here are the top three ways I Plan to do so:

• Blogging: Speaks for itself lol I will be writing blogs on beauty education, trends, experiences and vendor highlights, so keep an eye out

• Events: Who doesn't love a good event? From coffee meet ups to classes, Events will be happening frequently to teach, support local business, and bond

• Space: In the future I hope to achieve creating a space for individuals to expand their knowledge and relationships through all things beauty

  
  

I'm not writing much on this first blog but, I really want to put an emphasis on how much I care about this career. Of course, the makeup, the glitz and glam, that's all been fine and dandy but, truly and wholeheartedly, its always been about the people. The memories, the laughter, the tears, the stories and the faith people put in me, to not only make them look beautiful but, truly feel it.
